Office Assistant (part-time)

RoTo Architects has envisioned, designed, and built a wide range of project types of varying scope, complexity and resources – locally, nationally and internationally. We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant with office experience to work in our studio near Downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have initiative and enjoy both managing their own tasks and schedule, and offering support to the other employees and Principals.

Skills, Roles and Responsibilities :

General Administration, Coordination & Support

  • Scheduling Assistance

  • Administrative Support

  • Research Assistance

  • Office Organization & Maintenance

 

Sales/ Marketing Support

 

Bookkeeping Assistance

 

Software/ Tech Proficiency :

  • Web savvy (research, online programs and portals)

  • Tech savvy

  • Zoom

  • Microsoft Office

  • Mac and PC OS

  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Office Equipment (printers/ scanners)

 

Additional Traits Necessary :

  • Self-starter

  • Team-oriented

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Curiosity and desire to learn

  • Highly organized & detail oriented

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)

 

Hours : Monday – Friday; half days (4 hours daily).

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required, as this is not a remote position.
