RoTo has been asked by a national cannabis retailer to develop a series of construction-ready prototypes to be deployed in 50 locations
across the US.

The goal of these prototypes is to solve all the issues regarding licensing & permitting, cultural & economic context, and whether the project is a new construction or a tenant improvement project using a single, adaptable design.

Additionally each prototype is designed to be built for less than $500,000 making the burden of initial investment minimal for first time franchisees.
